This page explains how Tareline handles business contact, customer-provided, and quote request data for freight quote workflows.

Information we collect

Tareline may collect business contact information, company information, account setup details, and workflow information needed to support quote response activity. This may include names, work email addresses, company names, role information, and basic implementation notes.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve Tareline, configure quote workflows, prepare quote drafts for review, support customer requests, measure response speed, and communicate about the service.

Quote request data

Quote request data may include RFQ email content, pickup and delivery locations, equipment type, dates, shipment notes, accessorials, draft replies, review status, and follow-up activity. This data is used to support the scoped inbox-to-quote workflow.

Customer-provided data

Customers may provide sample RFQs, forwarded emails, quote rules, approval instructions, and workflow context. Customer-provided data should be limited to what is needed for the agreed workflow during the Quote Speed Sprint or later service period.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, support customer requests, maintain business records, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Third-party services

Tareline may use third-party services for hosting, email handling, analytics, product operations, support, or other business functions. These services are used only as needed to operate and support Tareline.
